What you can expect from Dura-ID Solutions Food Team
On stand B62, Dura-ID Solutions will be showcasing a range of food industry labels and tags for all stages of the product lifecycle from production through to retail. At Dura-ID Solutions we manufacture a range of metal-detectable tags to be used in conjunction with end-of-line metal detectors, preventing fragments of labelling from entering the food chain. We also manufacture High-Temperature Oven Tags to help track baked goods throughout production. Our Oven-Trace tags can withstand temperatures from -30°C to +300°C making them perfect for products which are oven-baked or steamed during production, but then stored and distributed at lower temperatures. Our Polyplas 250 tag can also be used to help improve traceability throughout production.
Dura-ID Solutions also manufactures labels for food retail packaging with our Matt PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive or Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive, perfect for eye-catching retail packaging to stand out on shelf displays, working in conjunction with our full-colour print solutions. Matt PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive and Gloss PP Inkjet (Perm) Self-Adhesive can also be applied within the chemical sector, both in production and retail. The permanent adhesive on these products ensures they remain identifiable throughout the production process, while our print-on-demand systems allow bespoke designs to be printed, ready for retail sale. These can be manufactured in several formats to suit your application, including C-wraps, D-wraps, and bunch labels, produced to shelf-ready standard, allowing for instant retail placement.
What to expect from Dura-ID Solutions Chemical Team
Throughout chemical production our Polyolefin Self-Adhesive or Dura-Laser Self-Adhesive can be used identify hazards in the event of spilled products, helping to identify hazards and avoid further problems. Both products are BS5609 approved; guaranteeing durability and resistance to humidity, water, and difficult surfaces.
We will have the Epson C8000 on stand B62 to demonstrate our print-on-demand system. Full-colour printing options are available to meet the requirements for both production and retail labelling. We will also have a selection of Atwell Automatic Labelling Systems on stand B62 for demos, including the Linear Wrap Applicator, Labelease, and Bunch Applicator. These automatic labelling systems can operate independently or integrated with a full production line.
