What you can expect from Dura-ID Solutions:
Dura-ID Solutions are market leaders in the chemical industry, catering for products ranging from 25ml sample vials to 1000 litre IBCS’s. Producing labels for chemical production and retail, helping to increase traceability through product and visibility for retail purposes.
Dura-ID Solutions provides durable GHS labels via two avenues: either manufacturing fully pre-printed labels to suit all volumes and budgets or we can provide print solutions and software, allowing you to create GHS-approved labels in-house.
On stand J106 we will be showcasing our full-colour print solutions including the Epson Colorworks CW6500, OKI C650 and the NeuraLabel Callisto. The Epson Colorworks CW6500 is available in auto-peeler or auto-cutter versions to meet your needs, with print widths of up to 8 inches. It also supports a wide range of media, from 1-inch-wide inkjet papers to textured papers and more, it has a high-resolution of 1200 x 1200 DPI for photo-quality prints.
The OKI C650 is an entry-level sheet-fed full-colour printer with excellent media versatility; it can handle media up to 250 GSM and a wide range of media types, including self-adhesives. It offers excellent print durability and image quality.
The NeuraLabel Callisto Colour label printer is the perfect solution for high-speed, high-resolution requirements, capable of printing full-colour labels at up to 90 feet per minute. The Callisto can produce GHS-compliant and IMDG-approved labels in a range of media sizes, from 1” to 12” wide. This full-colour inkjet printer can also be used in conjunction with an applicator, making it suitable for a range of industries.
We will also have the Atwell Labellers Front and Back Automatic Applicator running for demos on Stand J106, which can be operated individually or integrated into a full production line, the perfect labelling solutions for flat-sided, curved or oval containers. Thermal Inkjet Printers can be added to this applicator to print batch codes, BBE dates and direct marking either on to the label or onto the product itself.
