Dura-ID’s Labels at UK Metals Expo
On stand J20, Dura-ID will be showcasing our range of manufactured labels to help solve common issues within the sector. Common problems include identifying oily or scaley products, label residue left on finished products, labels not adhering to uneven or rough surfaces, with labels even falling off. Using our years of experience and knowledge, we have developed solutions to these problems, helping you to overcome product identification headaches.
We have developed a range of heat-resistant tags to help improve product identification through the manufacturing lifecycle, even in the harshest of environments. Our thermal transfer printable range includes PI tags, PCP tags, HTP tags, and Thermo-Tag (600), come and see our offering on stand J20. We have a laser-printable range of mid-temperature tags, also known as Laserplas. Our ambient tags include our unique Rip Proof tags, and the widely used Polyplas tags, which will also be displayed throughout the show.
Product identification at the earliest stage is crucial within the steel industry, for stock and quality control. Due to the extremely high operating temperature of products such as wire rod coils, flat sheets, ingots, and slabs, labelling produce becomes difficult. Dura-ID Solutions has a variety of industry-tested self-adhesive labels to help overcome these issues, such as HTP Self-Adhesive, and High Temperature Polyimide Self-Adhesive. Additionally, we supply identification solutions for ambient temperatures including Mattrans Extreme, Dura-Hitac Self-Adhesive, and Mattrans.
Furthermore, we will be presenting our range of thermal transfer printers, specifically the Zebra ZT510. Known for being extremely durable, the sturdy Zebra ZT510 allows for robust use with limited downtime even in challenging conditions. It allows for print on demand, perfect for changing QR codes, and further product information. Whilst being fully with LabelDirect software which we offer along with our in-house technical support.
We also provide a wide variety of fixings, including wires, clips, and studs that are fully compatible with our stud welding system.
