Solving Industry-Wide Identification Challenges
We will be showcasing our range of self-adhesive labels and tags specifically manufactured for the construction industry. Our self-adhesive labels are produced in varied forms to help solves all common industry problems such as labels falling off dusty or dirty products, struggling to attach to rough or uneven surfaces, and label residue left on finished products. All self-adhesives are produced with varying levels of adhesive to suit different applications, adhesive strength ranges from 40gsm (our High Tack, Matt-Tuff and Mattrans labels) to 100gsm (our Mattrans Extreme labels) while remaining completely weather, UV, and chemical resistant.
Construction organisations that handle materials such as bricks, concrete, and slate may find it extremely challenging to identify these when products are moving around sites, or from one site to another. Dura-ID Solutions manufactures ultra-durable tags to solve these issues, using our years of practical expertise and technical understanding we developed the Polyplas 250 Micron Tag which is chemical, weather, UV and abrasion resistant whilst withstanding temperatures of up to 80°C. An industry favourite is our Rip-Proof tag which has all the benefits of the Polyplas Tag, but with an increased heat resistance of 200°C and manufactured in material with no memory, allowing the finished tags to spring back when crushed, perfect for those difficult to label products.
Printers
We will also have the TSC MH241 running on stand K13, demonstrating our in-house printing solutions. We have a range of durable thermal transfer printers, allowing for around-the-clock dependability, even in the harshest of conditions. Our in-house technical team is always here to assist you whenever you need, whether you’re facing unexpected breakdowns, need parts replacing, need help setting up label templates, or just need a regular service.
